Not only do I have to login EVERY time I need to use my card, but have had to go through the security code process several times....terrible app

App crashes constantly. Doesnt allow you to stay logged in. Pretty terrible overall experience.

Your app is buggy. Several "service errors" and keeps asking me to re-link my advantage card.

I used to love this app, but I cannot clip the e-coupons...so whats the point? Please fix this!

So very frustrated!!! Every time I go from screen to screen it asks me for my password then it tells it its doesnt recognize my emails or password! Then I switched to my tablet... Even more frustrating, the pw should be the same right same GE account but no it doesnt recognize the pw it just asked me to changed!!!! Tell me how is this app or account supposed to help me??!!!

Not sure whats going on, but realizing that I have to log back in while in the grocery line (in a store without WiFi and a terrible cell signal) does not make me happy! This is happening constantly!! Even with the "Remember Me" box checked, the app always signs me out. Other grocery store apps are not having this issue...hint, hint. Also, not being able to use the app at the gas pump to scan my card is ridiculous. Get with it!!

Update didnt help I cant get any E offers. Keep saying cant clip and now I have none.

It is a total waste of space. Not only awkward to use, but it does things like tell me I cant retrieve data because my phone number is being used elsewhere. I never even entered one. Password isnt enough? Amateurish and awkward. Dont bother.

Will not have log in have box checked to save login. Have shown server issues looking up my rewards points.

Please update the app so that your advantage card can be added to your Apple wallet

Have log in every time I open the app even with remember me checked, then it was server error and then crashes. Its irritating when your in line at the store and have to hurry and log in to have them scan your phone for card. Ive always had issues with this app. Youd think youd get it right by now.

I am never able to log in. Requested new password and reset it, 3 seconds later still cant login because of an "incorrect" password. The only time I was ever able to use this app was when I called the help number and had the person spend more than 5 minutes getting my account set up. Then it logged me out and I cant get back in. I have tried to use this in line to scan my Advantage card. Its so useless I use a different app (Keychain), which, you know, works.

Pointless app. Hardly works and never keeps you logged in. Dont waste the time.

Doesnt work. Always says unable to clip eoffers. Never keeps me logged in and always says my password is wrong.

Very inconvenient to have to log in to the app every time I close it. The old version left me logged in until I logged it out. Please go back to the old version!

App is terrible. Constantly having to put password in. Constantly signing me off. Stalls, wont load. Totally disgusted with app.

I used to love this app, but now it appears you need to sign in daily. Of course this always happens when you are in line with people behind you. Naturally people assume you are being rude and just texting someone on your phone and making everyone else wait. Super annoying. Was this a change? Can we perhaps integrate finger print authentication?

Cant eclip coupons. No one will help fix the problem. Have to log in every time I open app as it wont hold my log in info. Junk!!!!

And it wont remember me anymore. This is mostly useless now.
