Why does this app continue to log me out? It used to go right into my account when I opened it on my phone. Now I have to log in every single time I open it. Very frustrating!

Update downloads, but will not install. Not the first time this has happened with updates. Does anyone actually test them before releasing?

Its annoying how I press "remember me" every time I open the app but I still need to type in my email/password. Also the app randomly disconnects from Internet service and thus cannot be used although I have service through my phone provider and am connected to wifi.

Im done with this store. I asked specifically when I signed up for a card if I can use an alternate ID and they said yes. Now, every time I try to check out by have to have the actual card. I tried to use the online app, same thing. Im done. It shouldnt be this hard, and it isnt worth the hassle. Simply wont get my business.

Tried to put things on a grocery list. I could have searched for and found the paper and writing implement before ANYTHING would go on the list.

Cant add to grocery list.

How hard could it be? Seriously! Bringing up my card is a bigger pain in the hinder than carrying the card or waiting for the clerk to punch in my phone number. Every other grocery in my market has this figured out. Why not GE? UPDATE: Still no change. A poor app. UPDATE: Just found out that the logins arent backed up to iCloud like a well developed app. Had to log in while standing in line. Ill keep shopping at Kroger.

Its clear that Giant Eagle has put a lot of thinking into this app (eg savings on fuel perks, balance, etc). While the app does provide some limited history of shopping at Giant Eagle, it does not provide history of the price you paid for a particular item. Nor does the app provide the ability to share lists with other non chain specific grocery apps. In this day of open transparency and smart shopping, it is very disappointing that we cannot have brand apps provide real exchange of info. No one is only shopping at one specific chain these days, so why do these guys pretend that customers do?? Finally, it is well beyond me as why Giant Eagle and others do not support storage of their cards in Apples Passport???? Its like these stores want to stay in the 20th century or something.

Weekly I look at the online ad. Half the items I pick wont be accepted by the shopping list and I have to type it in. Dont know why I bother though; a day or so later my shopping list disappears do no reason.

This app is not optimized for iPhone 6. Also it does not support passbook. It does do basic things that it is expected to.

It’s been years since Passbook first appeared on the iPhone; now it is Wallet and it has become a very useful app to hold your credit cards and loyalty cards. But Giant Eagle refuses to release a modern app. The Giant Eagle app requires a good data connection, which is often not available in the store.

Shopping list is still bad and useless, please fix and it that you can add items then delete them. Just make it simple.

Not impressed with this app. I rarely can get it to open.

Every time I shop and try to use the app in the store it doesnt work. If I clip an e offer it doesnt come off of that trip. In addition there are so many different programs to sign up for that if I try to make a change I have to change my password. Then it doesnt confirm the change and asks you for another new password.

This app is useless it doesnt support Apple Wallet/Passbook

No way to order items by aisle or category. Also items I have deleted from my shopping list (not checked off) keep reappearing. I have also gotten a message that it cant delete and to try again. So I add or change something else and save changes but when I try to delete again I get the same message. Unable to add coupons I get from them in the mail. Very frustrating!! Makes me want to do all my shopping at Kroger! Technology is the way to go so if it doesnt get fixed fast I will make the change myself by going somewhere else. Easier solve it seems.

This app is pretty pointless. When you have good internet, it works fine. But at my giant eagle, I dont have any internet. Thanks sprint. Anyway, because of that, it doesnt pull up my advantage card. And because the developers didnt add a simple Wallet pass, it makes the app worthless. Add a wallet passbook and it will fix this problem for me.

Not bad, it does a couple things. It would be nice if I could type something in and it tells me how much it is or where it is in the store. But oh yeah, I cant search for a product anyway, I can only add to my list. At least I can clip coupons to the app.

I have had this app since its inception. Whatever they did with the last update screwed it all up. First and most important i should have to relog in after an update. Secondly it wont even let me log in now period says i dont have a connection well thats not true i have five bars and wifi so this is broken. If i go to gianteagle .com and log in it works fine but not on the app can log in. Right now app os useless

Annoying that every update makes it forget my password. I should remember for users smooth transition from old to newer version without forgetting password. 1 word: Wallet (formerly passbook), please!!! Then 5 stars. Come on to the 21st century Giant eagle!! Also, ever heard of Apple pay??!? Make your lines faster and customers happier. Id love to have it on my apple watch. App looks like its old and not optimized for bigger and newer iOS versions like iOS 9 and iPhone 6s bigger screens. Please fix and update.
