Every time I try and open the app all I get is a gray screen with a spinning wheel that looks like its trying to open but it never does. This app never worked great but it at least used to work, maybe the tech/marketing employees are part of all the job cuts.

I routinely run into problems when I try to add a weekly sale item to my shopping list. Also, the weekly sales were a day off last week. I had to pick up an actual store flyer.

I have to sign in every time I open the app. The coupons and sale items dont match up with the store coupons or sale items.

Every time I go to use this app it wants me to sign in again.

There is no way to use anything on the app when it never gets updated it doesnt allow you to clip coupons you cant make a shopping list somebody needs to get a hold of these developers and tell him to update the app get it so that it functions otherwise is just useless. I give it a few more days and Im just gonna delete it because its just taking up space on my phone.

This app is absolutely horrible. Its not user friendly. Weekly ads are inaccurate. I am actually giving up on the store as a whole based on this horrible app.

Any coupons that I clip are not used and the "eadvantage Offer of the Week" doesnt work at all either. Theres nothing wrong with my account or card number, and when I email about it, Im told I dont have an account even though Ive had one for months. I only buy things that I have coupons for, but its just false advertising because it never works. Its blatant thievery, to be honest.

When I try to open the app I get a message that I must update. When I try to update nothing happens. FIX THIS APP!!!!!!!!

Well, count me as a FORMER giant Eagle customer. App auto updated. All login credentials, shopping history, e coupons, and Advantage card are gone. "Sorry we dont have an account set up for you". You did 2 weeks ago when I struggled through your clunky app and bought $150 in groceries. Shopping like this shouldnt be so difficult. So now, I cant login. It wants me to "register", like Im some newbie or something. Well, I did register. At another grocer, who provides similar service. Better get with the program Big Bird!

Constant freezes, fails to add shopping cart items, wont force close, and it always wants you to log in again and again. It kept asking me to change my password every time Id log in as well. The website itself is even terrible. Giant Eagle is better than this!!

My total on the widget is $0. It wont update. Card on app wont scan at pump.

Its not very special. Just another app. The virtual card doesnt always scan and never scans at the gas station. I would have rated it higher if i could add my card to passbook.

Ive given up trying to get this app to do any of the other things that its supposed to do. All I want to do is make a shopping list. It wont even do that. The frustrating part is that it acts like its going to do something (think a spinning loading icon) then it fails every time. Ill just use the newspaper circular and any.do. Spare yourself.

Seriously - iPhone 6 and 6+ have been out s year! How about taking advantage of the larger display?

I love this app. I use it every time I shop. No longer lol at paper ad, just look for specials in app and the ones I want I add to my shopping list. Def keeping this app.

This app has a lot of nice features but it is slow to save items to my shopping list. Also please make it easier to delete old items on my shopping list. I dont have time to swipe one by one. I just got this app and I have items back to 2013. A delete all button would be great.

Wont let me clip e offers and no way to contact anyone from app to help fix

This would be a cool app if I did not have to log in to use. And the password requirement is just stupid. So cumbersome to get it opened it is not worth the bother. Krogers is much easier to use. This is just a pain. Hey, GE, your app is not that important. Security is not important with a grocery list!

The app is pretty good..it has never messed-up or taken-on a mind of its own.

App works well, but they need to add a fully functional card to Passbook.
